CAPITALIZING
ON THE DIVERGENCE

Genia Partners is dedicated to capitalizing on dislocated strategic opportunities in the natural resources that power the world.

Genia is launching its first closed-end resource fund (Genia Resource Fund I) that seeks to capitalize on the huge divergence between underlying commodity prices and small cap resource companies.
The Fund will capitalize on over 80+ years combined experience in the natural resource sector including senior management, board of directors, resource fund management and M&A transactions.

The Fund will have a 5-year duration and will invest primarily in companies with exposure to precious metals, battery and energy metals, energy and other natural resources.
